The management staff very professional and have the know how of dealing with their guests. Special thanks to Mr Handy sedhom for his great efforts which made our stay and changed all the bad things of the 1st night 100%. Cozy , relaxing and family friendly suitable for the whole family of different ages , rooms are very nice , staff were very friendly and helpful
The strictest in schedule for everything as the water park opening and closing time , also closing the beach and towel booth , The quality of food wasn’t so good and very repetitive (same everyday)

The staff are very cooperative, Aqua park was perfect, multiple swimming pools, Chinese restaurant was excellent, site is neat and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Hani (Front Disk) & Mrs. Alaa (Guest Relations)
Food required more variety. Animation team is new required to be more active, practice more and recommend to add comedy segment in the show. No internet available in the room, internet available in the lobby with additional charge.
